• Accounting & Tax Groupで実務リーダーとしてマネージャーをサポートする経理スペシャリスト業務 • 連結決算業務、単体決算業務、法定開示書類作成、固定資産業務、原価計算業務、税務申告関連業務、財務・資金管理業務、内部統制関連業務等の担当 • 国内外の関係者と協働し、経営課題への取り組みや実務業務の取りまとめを実施 • 会計監査や税務調査において監査法人や税務当局との議論や折衝の中心的役割を担う • 下位等級者の指導およびチームの業務品質・生産性向上のための提案と実行 • IFRSに基づく単体・連結決算作業及び開示書類作成をリード • グローバルな税務課題に対して適法性と節税の両視点から検討・提案を実施 • 会計基準や規制の変更に関する情報収集、他社事例調査やアイデア共有を推進
🎯 Requirements
• 日商簿記1~2級(歓迎要件:公認会計士資格) • 監査法人及び税務当局と議論が出来る水準の会計・税務知識 • 本社における連結決算/単体決算/法定開示業務の経験 • TOEIC730以上、英語での会議 • IFRS及び日本会計基準の知識 • エクセル上級、PPT中級以上のスキル • 自律的に関係者と協働し、業務を牽引するリーダーシップ • 客観的分析能力、論理的思考力、交渉力、コミュニケーション能力
