📋 Description
• Lead the Business Partner team and formulate and advance digital and IT strategies to realize business strategy • Act as a trusted partner to business divisions by understanding medium- and long-term business challenges and growth opportunities • Drive value creation, business transformation, and organizational capability improvement through technology • Manage the system portfolio and IT investments • Lead the development and execution of a digital roadmap aligned with business objectives • Serve as a player-manager by leading important projects and strategic initiatives • Collaborate closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders and the Digital & IT organization • Contribute to sustainable business outcomes and accelerate digital transformation
🎯 Requirements
• 学士号またはそれに相当する実務経験 • IT、デジタル、またはビジネスパートナー職務における8年以上の実務経験 • 複数のステークホルダーが関与するITプロジェクトまたは業務変革プログラムのリーダー経験 • エンタープライズアプリケーション、インフラストラクチャ、サイバーセキュリティ、およびITサービスマネジメントに関する幅広い知識 • IT戦略策定、ポートフォリオ管理、IT投資管理に関する経験 • 優れた問題解決能力、交渉力、コミュニケーション能力、およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力 • 多文化・グローバル環境において部門横断的なチームと協働した経験 • チームリーダーまたはピープルマネジメント経験 • 日本語および英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力 • 自律的に判断し、不確実な環境においても組織を前進させるリーダーシップ
