📋 Description

• 品質保証グループマネージャーの指揮下にあって、参天製薬の品質/製造システム保持のため、品質システムの保持の遂行を通じて、高品質な製品を社会に提供すること • コンピューターシステムバリデーション(CSV)・電子システムに関わる導入・利用戦略を立案・更新・実践 • 担当する業務において品質保証部門業務の課題解決に向けてリーダーシップを発揮しつつ自律的に業務遂行

🎯 Requirements

• 医薬品又は医療機器業界での品質保証の経験(GQP、工場 QA としての GMP 及び GDP 経験:少なくとも 2~3 年以上) • PC/モバイルのデバイス管理における企画、提案 または 要件定義、設計、導入経験 • 技術的専門知識として、バリデーション活動のための知識 • 大きな品質マネジメントシステムプラットフォーム(例:TrackWise, Veeva Vault, SAP QM, LIMS、MES など) への深い知識 • 規制に関する知識として、GAMP 5 ガイドラインなどバリデーションライフサイクルアプローチへの理解 • 口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力(日本語) • 実施した業務または入手した情報の包括的な妥当性/適切性/リスク評価スキル • 倫理的判断力、法令順守能力、規制対応能力、高い規律(コンプライアンス)意識 • コンピューターシステムに関する幅広い知識と経験があり、発生あるいは潜在する問題の根拠をもった解決策の提案
