📋 Description

• Develop and be responsible for certain aspects of the project design and development • Produce design documentation aligned to the design brief • Assist management with the coordination of the project team and program • M.Arch • A minimum of 2 years, post qualification experience • Excellent knowledge of REVIT • Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion • Our team members are encouraged to: • Display creative problem-solving skills • Develop themselves by attending and participating in our Design Friday and RAD session • Grow their careers by learning on our online LMS platform and taking on internal leadership responsibilities • Socialise with their peers in our various interactive sessions: RUSk, Blink, Team Socials • Look after their health and wellbeing at work (by joining STRETCH) and at home • SAOTA offers a hybrid working environment where staff can choose to work from home, in-studio or do both. • Our flexible working hours policy aims to accommodate staffs home life commitments while ensuring our work commitments are reached. • Should you meet the minimum requirements for this role, please submit your portfolio along with your application. • Portfolios should include: Work that displays your strengths as a designer Projects that you were a Design lead on Private and student work 5 – 8 projects
