📋 Description

• Join a scrum team as a Backend Engineer focused on infrastructure and DevOps • Own services end to end, from API design through delivery pipelines and runtime infrastructure • Build production-grade services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Kotlin • Work with PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, query optimization, and performance • Run cloud services on Kubernetes, ideally Azure AKS with Helm • Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and configuration management • Use AI coding agents while maintaining code quality • Implement observability and operations through metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting • Maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • Use linters and formatters and write clean, readable code • Own changes through CI/CD pipelines to production, including build, release, and rollback • Actively shape the platform in a mature cloud-native team • Collaborate with industry experts, product owners, designers, and software engineers on client projects, internal tools, or in-house products

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education • Very good knowledge of Spring Boot and Kotlin • Experience building production-grade services and RESTful APIs • Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, query optimization, and performance • Hands-on experience running services in the cloud, ideally Azure, on Kubernetes (AKS) with Helm • Practical experience with Terraform and configuration management • Experience using and understanding AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code • Comfortable with observability and operations, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting • Experience with testing, including unit, integration, and e2e testing • Experience using linters and formatters and writing clean code • Strong CI/CD skills, including build, release, and rollback • Solution-oriented and structured working mode • Fluent in English • Nice to have: frontend experience with TypeScript and React, knowledge of UI5 Web Components and component-based design systems, service mesh or Kubernetes-based platform experience, platform security, secrets management, cost optimization, LLM/GenAI integration, and interest in modern technologies
