📋 Description

• Support successful delivery across customer engagements, projects and strategic initiatives • Connect customer needs, business priorities, product capabilities and delivery execution • Provide hands-on leadership across complex or ambiguous initiatives • Own defined projects, workstreams or customer outcomes • Support Delivery Leads and Engagement Leads in driving successful execution • Support S/4 Transformation, banking projects, customer engagements and other strategic initiatives depending on business requirements • Establish delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, actions, risks and issues • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, technology and delivery • Identify and remove delivery blockers and drive timely decision-making • Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and desired outcomes • Support customer governance, workshops, steering meetings and executive discussions • Manage escalations and mobilize appropriate Fioneer teams • Shape delivery approaches, roadmaps and initiatives • Translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans • Coordinate across Product, Consulting, Delivery, Support and other Fioneer functions • Identify recurring customer challenges and opportunities • Explore repeatable services, accelerators, propositions and product improvements • Capture lessons learned and improve delivery approaches across engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Take ownership of defined projects, workstreams or initiatives from planning through to successful delivery • Provide PM/delivery leadership where additional capacity or expertise is required • Establish delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, actions, risks and issues • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, technology and delivery • Identify and remove delivery blockers and drive timely decision-making • Ensure agreed outcomes are translated into clear and executable activities • Support Delivery Leads with complex delivery challenges and initiatives • Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and desired outcomes • Facilitate alignment between customer requirements and Fioneer capabilities • Support customer governance, workshops, steering meetings and executive discussions where required • Build trusted relationships across business and technical stakeholders • Manage escalations and ensure appropriate Fioneer teams are mobilized to address customer needs • Support Engagement Leads and Delivery Leads in shaping delivery approaches, roadmaps and initiatives • Translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans • Identify gaps in capability, resources, governance or delivery approach • Coordinate across Product, Consulting, Delivery, Support and other Fioneer functions • Contribute to engagement planning and continuous improvement • Identify recurring customer challenges and opportunities across engagements • Assess whether customer problems could be addressed through repeatable services, accelerators, propositions or product improvements • Bring relevant Fioneer stakeholders together to explore and shape these opportunities • Capture lessons learned and identified opportunities to improve delivery approaches across engagements
