📋 Description

• We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in Germany; work closely with SAP and clients to design performant, composable banking platforms and co-create the future of financial services • Combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting skills and a passion for collaboration • Represent SAP Fioneer in technical discussions with SAP product owners • Pitch and lead co-innovation initiatives with clients • Design architecture for banking/insurance platforms, including solutions for BASEL III, regulatory risk, financial accounting, and reporting • Participate in the Design Authority Board and make critical design decisions • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and shape architectures for new software • Support IT transformation projects and landscape design • Act as a trusted advisor in customer-facing engagements • Engage with large clients to understand processes, identify patterns, and feed insights into internal knowledge base and product strategy • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Fioneer technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including proven experience in a senior architecture or solution design role within banking or insurance IT • Deep banking expertise in financial accounting and risk management • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and application architecture • Experience in IT transformation and consulting • Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., COBIT, TOGAF) • Data modeling and business process modeling in a banking context • Business fluent in English and German • High flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving mindset • Comfortable in dynamic, innovative environments
