📋 Description

• Implement SAP Fioneer banking solutions as part of digital transformation programs • Engage with customers to understand business challenges, strategic objectives, and transformation needs • Analyze business processes, requirements, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation • Translate business requirements into functional solution concepts and high-impact solution designs • Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state processes, capabilities, and solution requirements • Support the conceptualization and design of new banking products, business capabilities, and customer-specific solution enhancements • Identify and assess emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments impacting the banking industry • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions for customers • Create and deliver tailored presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to business and IT stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field • 2-5 years of professional experience in implementing digital transformation or technology-driven projects; experience in Financial Services is beneficial • Interest in enterprise software, integration technologies, and business process transformation; prior SAP experience is an advantage but not required • Strong customer focus with a proactive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver value • Excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with a collaborative approach to solving complex challenges
