📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and evaluate a careers curriculum across all key stages • Provide impartial guidance on post-16 and post-18 pathways • Work with teaching and pastoral teams to ensure high-quality careers information and guidance • Organise engagement opportunities with employers, alumni, universities, and guest speakers • Monitor and evaluate the impact of the careers programme

🎯 Requirements

• Appropriate Level 6+ Careers Guidance qualification • Degree-level qualification minimum • Track record of delivering excellent student outcomes • Knowledge of the university application process, apprenticeships, and other post-16/18 options • Experience of working with students and families from diverse backgrounds • Commitment to ongoing professional development
