📋 Description

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define business goals, success metrics, and roadmap • Lead planning sessions with internal teams and client stakeholders; conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications • Own end-to-end solution design for a multi-vendor marketplace and define system architecture and integrations (PIM, ERP, OMS, payments, tax, search) • Evaluate and recommend platform solutions (Adobe Commerce, Optimizely, etc.) and ensure scalability, performance, and compliance • Serve as technical lead for development teams during implementation; set coding standards, review pull requests, and guide CI/CD practices • Document customizations, write epics/user stories, and estimate development effort • Oversee marketplace-specific flows: seller onboarding, KYC, commissions, returns

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in eCommerce and cloud-based solution delivery • 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role • Proven experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), Optimizely, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of marketplace architecture and business flows • Expertise in REST/GraphQL APIs, performance tuning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) • Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience defining system architecture and integrations (PIM, ERP, OMS, payments, tax, search) • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications • Experience setting coding standards, reviewing pull requests, and guiding CI/CD practices • Experience documenting customizations, writing epics/user stories, and estimating development effort • Preferred: Adobe Commerce or Optimizely certifications • Preferred: Experience with headless/PWA architectures • Preferred: Familiarity with experimentation and personalization tools • Preferred: Background in PCI compliance and secure cloud deployments
