📋 Description
• Plan, manage, and oversee full-cycle software development projects. • Act as the primary liaison between clients, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable tasks. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone tracking. • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. • Coordinate code reviews, QA testing, and release management with technical leads. • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of product quality. • Provide technical guidance and support troubleshooting efforts when needed. • Monitor and report on KPIs related to project progress, budget, and delivery performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within software development environments. • Previous hands-on experience as a developer (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, PHP, or similar). • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp. • Upper-intermediate English level or higher.
