âą Provide a broad range of fully integrated audit services for our global clients. âą High-quality deliverables covering complex sections with a reasonable number of workpaper comments. âą Facilitate fieldwork and coordinate deliverables from multiple team members. âą Demonstrates depth of knowledge of methodology, relevant standards, and systems. âą Collaborate with Manager to guide associates and monitor productivity and workplan schedule. âą Proactively addresses client concerns and escalates issues as they arise. âą Interacts with clients and engagement teams to ensure efficient information flow.
âą 4+ years external audit experience âą ITC / Board 1 Pass (non-negotiable) âą Fully Qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA âą Prior Australia busy season experience âą CaseWare software experience essential âą Ability to review and coach junior team members âą Experience auditing and documenting basic and complex audit sections âą 5+ years external audit experience for Senior In-Charge role âą 2+ years leading teams and managing audits end-to-end for Senior In-Charge role âą Experience planning audit budgets and resources for Senior In-Charge role âą Proven track record reviewing and signing off on work papers for Senior In-Charge role
