📋 Description
• Configure and support SAP ECC HCM modules: PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll. • Implement and support SFSF modules (Employee Central, Talent, Recruitment, etc.). • Perform integration between ECC HCM and SuccessFactors. • Support compliance requirements, statutory payroll, and time schemas. • Conduct testing, documentation, training, and production support. • Optimize HR workflows and employee lifecycle processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–12+ years experience in SAP HCM & Payroll. • Strong ECC Payroll knowledge + hands-on SuccessFactors experience. • Integration knowledge using CPI or middleware tools.
