📋 Description

• Identify and research target companies, decision-makers, and buying centers across various industries in the United States. • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other outbound prospecting activities. • Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM and sales intelligence tools. • Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product/service demonstrations for SAPSOL's sales and leadership teams. • Qualify leads based on business needs, project timelines, budget, and decision-making authority. • Develop and execute account-based outreach strategies. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation campaigns and messaging. • Track outreach activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics. • Stay updated on SAP market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, business development, or inside sales. • Experience targeting U.S.-based clients and decision-makers. • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email automation tools, and lead databases. • Ability to work independently and meet weekly and monthly targets. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Prior experience selling or generating leads for SAP, ERP, enterprise software, IT consulting, or technology services is preferred.
