📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities** • - Manage and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). • - Create engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, short videos/reels). • - Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns. • - Research trends and suggest innovative content ideas. • - Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding.

🎯 Requirements

• **Must-Have Qualifications** • - Minimum **2 years of experience** in social media management. • - Proven track record with **examples/portfolio of past work**. • - Strong skills in content creation (graphics, reels, captions). • - Familiarity with social media analytics tools. • - Ability to work independently in the 9 shift. • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • **Nice-to-Have** • - Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools. • - Understanding of IT/Consulting/Training industry. • - Knowledge of paid ad campaigns.
