📋 Description

• Work on project teams providing technical consulting and advisory services to power project developers • Support new utility-scale solar, wind, gas, battery energy storage, and other projects • Provide independent engineering and due diligence services for lenders and investors • Conduct technical, economic, and market studies for grid operators, utilities, and research agencies • Execute planning studies and business case development for utilities, independent power producers, and government agencies • Engage in face-to-face interactions with power plant developers, owners, lenders, and investors while executing consulting services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering (other engineering disciplines may be considered) • 10 or more years of experience in the power industry • Design of utility-scale solar, wind, and/or battery energy storage projects • Independent engineering and due diligence services for power projects • Power project development • Solar, wind, and/or battery energy storage construction management • Project finance or financial modeling of power projects is a plus • Experience with owner’s engineering activities during power project execution is a plus • Excellent verbal/written communication skills • Experience writing technical reports and proposals • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work with and guide others • Project planning and leadership skills
