• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our dynamic team • As a Sales Intern, your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to encourage them in placing an order in our app • This role offers hands-on experience in sales and customer relationship management, providing valuable exposure to the sales process and business operations • Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to encourage placing orders • Conduct follow-up calls with leads and prospects generated by the team • Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our products or services to accurately present and discuss with customers • Build rapport with customers and address inquiries or concerns effectively • Document and track all customer interactions, ensuring records are updated • Track daily call metrics and report on customer engagement and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related course • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset • Goal-driven, with a willingness to work in a performance-driven environment • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
