• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels. • Lead lifecycle channels: email, push, and in-app, and continuously optimise for activation and engagement through A/B testing. • Be an active part of growth initiatives, from planning to launch to iteration of activations, working cross-functionally. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ads and visuals across multiple lifecycle touchpoints. • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and insights.
• 4+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing, at a B2C company (startup experience preferred). • Proven ability to manage paid campaigns end-to-end. • Strong understanding of core growth metrics. • Comfortable working with analytics and attribution tools Metabase, Amplitude, GA4, Adjust, etc). • Strong ability to craft effective messaging across ads and lifecycle touchpoints. • Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently. • Strong interest in financial markets is a plus. • Arabic language skills are a plus.
