📋 Description

• Support delivery of compliant, high-quality waterproofing design documentation across commercial and residential projects • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on design solutions • Prepare reports for design and material selection compliance • Mark up design documentation and provide technical advice • Draft and prepare 2D and 3D CAD details and shop drawings • Create compliance reports and performance-based design briefs • Use necessary project management software • Maintain timesheets to track independent working • Work under the guidance of senior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or relevant experience • Knowledge of AS4654.1, AS4858, and NCC Volumes 1 and 2 • 1–2 years of experience in design coordination, project management, or waterproofing consultancy • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam for drafting, markups, and design reviews • Strong understanding of Australian waterproofing standards and compliance requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage a varied workload and tasks independently • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a professional, collaborative team • Availability Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time
