• Book delivery timeslots with major Australian retailers through their supplier portals. • Receive orders from clients and process them end-to-end. • Book 3PL carriers and transport providers via email and their own booking platforms. • Track shipments and dispatches from the warehouse through to final delivery. • Handle customer and carrier queries via email and phone. • Enter data accurately across multiple systems. • Support inventory planning report preparation with data inputs as needed.
• Direct logistics or freight coordination experience is strongly preferred. • Hands-on experience in logistics coordination, freight operations, or FMCG supply chain administration — ideally in an Australian-facing environment. • Familiarity with Australian retailer supplier portals or comparable retailer compliance systems. • Comfort working across multiple platforms and systems simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail. • A proactive mindset. • Confident written and verbal English communication. • Ability to manage a structured daily workflow with multiple concurrent tasks and time-sensitive deadlines.
