📋 Description

• Lead paid media strategy and execution for major brands across Meta, Google and Bing, with LinkedIn in the mix • Build and optimise campaigns hands-on in advertising platforms • Serve as the senior point of support for the Campaign Manager covering the wider portfolio • Guide and mentor agency partners to deliver against goals and standards • Partner with strategists and creatives to build high-performing campaigns • Own reporting and optimisation, delivering leadership-ready results • Take ownership of paid media for major brands in the assurance and compliance space • Collaborate with strategists, campaign managers and creatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on campaign management experience • Strong, hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience (essential) • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4 • Experience managing and guiding agency partners • Confidence working across a team of strategists, campaign managers and creatives • High attention to detail, with pride in reports and results • Tenacity in resolving access or other blockers • Hunger to learn and develop digital strategy expertise • LinkedIn Ads experience (nice to have) • Background working in or with an agency (nice to have) • Based in the Philippines • Availability to work Mondays through Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time
