📋 Description

• Designing and building a scalable test automation frameworks from scratch using JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright; • Developing and maintaining end-to-end, UI, and API automated tests; • Defining the overall test automation architecture and ensuring its scalability and maintainability; • Integrating the automation frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline and driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle; • Collaborating closely with software engineers to improve product quality and establish engineering best practices; • Identifying testing gaps and continuously improving test coverage, reliability, and performance; • Troubleshooting test failures and optimizing automated test execution; • Mentoring developers on running automation tests and promoting automation best practices across the engineering team; • Taking ownership of the automation framework and continuously evolving it as the product grows.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another related technical field); • 5+ years of professional experience in QA Automation, SDET, or Software Engineering; • 2+ years of hands-on commercial experience with Playwright (MUST); • Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript (MUST); • Experience designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch; • Solid understanding of software testing principles, automation architecture, and engineering best practices; • Experience with UI and API test automation; • Experience working with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar); • Hands-on experience with Allure or other reporting tool and framework integration; • Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments; • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently; • Experience mentoring engineers and driving automation initiatives would be a strong advantage; • Strong verbal and written English (B2–C1) – MUST.
