📋 Description

• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and voice-of-customer (VoC) programs to gather market intelligence and insights • Analyze competitors, emerging trends, and category dynamics and map customer segments and pain points • Assess market demand, size the market (TAM/SAM/SOM), and evaluate commercial potential of product ideas • Clarify product value proposition, product goals, and business benefits; support product roadmap decisions • Define product positioning, messaging framework, pricing and packaging in partnership with Portfolio, Product, Marketing, Sales • Build go-to-market strategies covering B2B distribution and B2C adoption; oversee product buying journey • Support Marketing and Growth in creating core product assets: value propositions, pitch decks, website copy, FAQs • Coordinate product launches and GTM initiatives across Marketing, Sales, CS, Product; train internal teams • Track adoption, engagement, and early feedback; analyze product adoption and satisfaction metrics • Improve sales and success enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, implementation decks, FAQs, and configuration guides • Support lifecycle marketing with positioning and messaging for activation, engagement, and upsell • Manage product sunsetting: create retirement messaging, support customer transitions, document lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a digital-first or fintech environment. • Proven track record of launching products and driving customer adoption • Strong storytelling and messaging skills with an eye for customer-centric communication • Experience working cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies
