🎯 Requirements

• Engineering experience or high level of technical proficiency is a must • Experience working in product management • Knowledge of Agile principles, cadences and the maturity to implement those principles • Strong business and technical vision • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Good understanding of solution development cycle, and ability to ship solutions on time • High level of abstraction and able to find simple solutions to complex problems • Exceptional customer relationship skills with ability to see beyond the business feature requests to understand the underlying problem that needs to be solved. • Ideally have experience within emerging economies • Experience in B2C lending across different financial products is a plus • Preferably experienced working on with Core banking system or other complex financial system • Being located in Manila is a plus
