📋 Description

• Provide remote management including supervision, evaluation and monitoring of colleagues • Ensure contracted service levels for core registry functions are met • Coordinate all Cancer Registry activities for the organization • Maintain all Cancer Registry Core functions according to standards • Prepare and maintain the Policy & Procedure Manual of the Cancer Registry • Monitor weekly productivity of Cancer Registry Staff to meet standards • Interface with various departments for cancer-related information

🎯 Requirements

• Certified ODS and minimum of 5 to 7 years varied experience in Cancer Registry • Management experience of at least 5 years • Knowledge of the current Commission on Cancer Program Standards • Experience with FORDS/STORES; Collaborative Staging; AJCC Staging • Knowledge of the North American Association of Central Cancer Registries Standards • Experience with ACoS survey under current standards • Proficient with various Cancer Registry Software Systems such as Metriq, Oncolog, ERS • Experience in cancer data report generation and statistical analysis • Hands-on abstracting experience with 1.35 cases per hour productivity and 95% accuracy rate • Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of settings
