📋 Description
• Concept, design, and implement high-level creative branding, display advertising, print, web, illustrations/infographics, and presentations based on creative briefs. • Ensure that quality and brand standards are maintained throughout the entire creative process. • Lead, inspire, and oversee a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Establish close partnerships across the company, and liaise with marketing and corporate design teams to ensure deadlines are met. • Provide guidance and direction in the creation of visually stunning designs for marketing materials, executive presentations, websites, digital ads, and other assets. • Manage work timelines effectively across multiple projects. • Present work to internal partners that consistently meets or exceeds expectations. • Iterate and edit design work based on team feedback. • Act as a supporting role for the Corporate Creative Director. • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to guide creative decisions and strategies, ensuring a competitive edge that leads to increased engagement and conversions.
🎯 Requirements
• In-Depth Knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a must, After Effects, Premiere recommended), along with Microsoft PowerPoint • Proven work experience as an Art Director or similar role • Portfolio of completed design projects • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts • Attention to visual details • Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate, and assist in managing the team • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field
