📋 Description

• Manage the full renewal cycle for a global portfolio. • Engage customers, partners, and internal account teams. • Drive cross-functional consensus. • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities. • Maintain "source of truth" data in Salesforce. • Negotiate with sophisticated enterprise customers and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years+ of experience in SaaS renewals or AM. • Negotiation Chops: Comfortable talking money, navigating procurement hurdles, and influencing decision-makers. • Operational Grit: Detail-oriented, organized, and unbothered by shifting priorities. • Collaborative Experience and Mindset: Comfortable working with high-performing, multifunctional account teams. • Tech Stack Mastery: Pro-level experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools. • Industry Edge: Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management is a massive plus. • Global Mindset: Comfortable working across regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM). Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a "nice to have."
