📋 Description

• Track and manage customer orders from request through delivery • Maintain accurate SKUs, quantities, specifications, artwork, and setup fees in internal systems • Proactively address potential order delays • Source products according to client specifications, turnaround times, and budgets • Compare vendor pricing and verify stock availability • Identify alternatives for backordered or over-budget items • Liaise directly with suppliers and decorators • Request RFQs and clarify production requirements • Coordinate artwork revisions • Resolve invoice and pricing discrepancies • Manage production workflows, including proof approvals and imprint methods such as screen printing, embroidery, and laser engraving • Track shipping dates to meet hard deadlines • Issue purchase orders and generate order documentation • Assist with basic accounting reconciliation • Organize digital files within ERP systems including Sage and PrintPLANR

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working with promotional product distributors, commercial printers, screen printers, embroidery shops, or print brokers • Hands-on experience with industry ERPs and sourcing databases • Sage or PrintPLANR experience highly preferred • Experience with similar systems such as ASI, ESP, or PromoStandards is a major plus • Clear understanding of setup charges, proof approvals, lead times, decoration methods, vector artwork requirements, and freight/shipping logistics • Exceptional written and verbal English skills • Self-driven professional who independently follows up on outstanding vendor items and keeps projects moving without micro-management • Experience with promotional products, branded merchandise, and commercial printing order lifecycles • Ability to support night-shift operations
