• Work fully remotely from India as part of a distributed team • Support lead list building, enrichment, and CRM updates • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and ensure records are clean and structured • Extract lead emails and maintain well-structured Excel sheets • Upload and organize lead lists in Salesforce with proper formatting and tagging • Coordinate with the marketing team for data alignment with campaigns
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations or CRM support role • Proficient in English to communicate with the broader US-based team • Comfortable working with lead data in Excel and supporting CRM updates (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform; experience with Dripify or similar tools is a strong plus • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and reliably
