• Support the team in building the community via LinkedIn and email • Send pre-written invitation messages • Manage LinkedIn and email inboxes • Identify and proactively reach out to target individuals • Maintain the community database (CRM)
• Several years of professional experience in administrative roles (e.g., Sales Assistant, Sales Development Representative, Assistant, Support Staff, Administrative Clerk, Call Center Agent) • German and English at least C1 level • Reliability and attention to detail • Proactive working style • Confident computer and internet skills • Willingness to attend company meetings abroad (1–2 times per year)
