📋 Description

• Write content for German-speaking C-level and decision-maker communities • Create LinkedIn posts for senior professionals • Write LinkedIn and email newsletters • Produce deep-dive articles and case studies based on expert interviews • Write show notes, episode titles, and episode descriptions • Create interview guides with agendas and core questions • Produce event follow-up posts by city and community • Create short-form content for WhatsApp and special formats such as playbooks • Use podcast recordings, interview transcripts, and event insights as source material • Use Claude or ChatGPT for research, drafting, structuring, and transcript preparation • Communicate with clients to obtain, incorporate, and secure feedback, information, and approvals • Coordinate with the Content Coordinator and Content Team • Create content according to specifications, publish and schedule it independently • Monitor content performance and contribute to the ongoing development of the content strategy • Manage multiple German-speaking communities in parallel and switch between tones and community rules

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German • English at least B2 level, preferably C1 • At least 3 years of experience as a copywriter or content writer • A strong portfolio of German-language writing across multiple formats is required • Experience writing for a professional or executive audience is a plus • Basic knowledge of on-page SEO is advantageous • Experience with Claude or ChatGPT, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, Slack, and a CMS such as Sanity is a plus • Ability to use generative AI tools efficiently and to edit AI-generated text • Clean formatting and publication-ready copy • Independent, reliable, and structured working style • Confident handling of community hosts, client communication, and deadlines • Willingness to consistently apply fixed guidelines for tone, linking, tagging, and language logic • Application must be in German and include CV, brief cover letter, a writing portfolio covering at least two formats, expected hourly rate, and available weekly capacity • Shortlisted candidates will complete a brief writing test
