📋 Description

• Write content that provides clarity, inspiration, and value to German-speaking decision-makers • Create content that attracts new members and converts leaders into active community members • Produce LinkedIn posts for senior professionals • Write LinkedIn and email newsletters • Create deep-dive articles and case studies from expert interviews • Prepare podcast show notes, episode titles, and episode descriptions • Create interview guides with agendas and key questions • Write event follow-up posts for each city and community • Produce short-form WhatsApp content and special formats such as playbooks • Use podcast recordings, interview transcripts, and event insights as source material • Use Claude or ChatGPT for research, drafting, structuring, and transcript preparation • Communicate directly with customers for selected deliverables, gather feedback and approvals, and incorporate them • Coordinate with the Content Coordinator and Content Team • Format, publish, and schedule content using company tools • Monitor content performance and contribute to strategy development

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German is mandatory • English proficiency at least B2, preferably C1 • Minimum 3 years of experience as a copywriter or content writer • Preferably experience in B2B or digital media • Portfolio with German-language texts across multiple formats, including LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and long-form content, is required • Experience writing for a professional or executive audience is a strong advantage • Basic on-page SEO knowledge is advantageous • Experience with Claude or ChatGPT, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, Slack, and a CMS such as Sanity is a plus • Ability to identify and improve AI-sounding text • Ability to format cleanly and deliver publish-ready copy • Reliable, structured, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently • Ability to work with community-specific rules for CTAs, links, tagging, and language logic • Strong sense of tone and audience • Detail-oriented and receptive to feedback • Must submit a German application, CV, short cover letter, writing portfolio with German examples from at least two formats, hourly rate expectations, and weekly availability • Candidates shortlisted may be invited to complete a short writing test
