📋 Description

• Create content for German-language C-level and decision-maker communities • Provide relevant insights and attract new members to the communities • Write LinkedIn posts for senior professionals • Create LinkedIn and email newsletters • Write deep-dive articles and case studies based on expert interviews • Produce show notes, episode titles, and episode descriptions • Create interview guides with agendas and core questions • Write follow-up posts for events by city and community • Develop short-form content for WhatsApp and special formats such as playbooks • Use podcast recordings, interview transcripts, and event insights as source material • Use Claude or ChatGPT for research, drafting, structuring, and transcript preparation • Communicate directly with clients about individual deliverables, obtain feedback and approvals, and implement changes • Coordinate with the Content Coordinator and the content team • Produce content according to specifications, publish and schedule it using the required tools • Monitor content performance and contribute to the ongoing development of the content strategy • Manage multiple German-speaking communities in parallel and switch between different tones and community rules • Support SAWOO GmbH in growing reach and visibility across the DACH region

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German (mandatory) • English at least B2 level, preferably C1 • At least 3 years of experience as a copywriter or content writer • Strong portfolio of German-language texts across multiple formats is required • Experience in B2B or digital media environments is preferred • Experience with a professional or executive audience is a significant plus • Basic knowledge of on-page SEO is an advantage • Experience with Claude or ChatGPT, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, Slack, and a CMS such as Sanity is a plus • Confident use of generative AI tools and the ability to substantially edit AI-generated texts • Clean formatting and publication-ready texts • Independent, reliable, structured, and proactive working style • Ability to consistently apply strict guidelines for tone, CTAs, links, tagging, and language logic • Strong sense for tone and target audiences, especially executives and decision-makers • Confident use of LinkedIn and understanding of what drives engagement • Apply in German including CV, brief cover letter, writing portfolio with at least two formats, expected hourly rate, and available weekly capacity • Willingness to complete a short writing test as part of the selection process
