📋 Description
• Contribute to the development and configuration of Salesforce functionality • Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce features including: Automation (Flows, Process Builder), Page layouts and UI customization, Data flows and integrations • Collaborate with business analysts and QA testers to deliver high-quality, maintainable application components • Support grants lifecycle workflows and ensure compliance with organizational standards • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Salesforce development and configuration • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Experience with grants management or similar workflow-based applications is a plus • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus • Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I) are a plus
