📋 Description

• Develop and execute full-funnel UA strategies for B2C EdTech products, from awareness to activation and retention. • Manage acquisition campaigns across channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, programmatic), focusing on driving high-quality user growth. • Collaborate with product teams to optimize onboarding, engagement, and activation flows. • Analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and retention metrics to inform growth strategies. • Conduct A/B tests, CRO experiments, and funnel optimization to maximize LTV and minimize CAC. • Work with marketing and creative teams to design campaigns, landing pages, and quizzes that align with product goals. • Track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention, providing actionable insights for product and marketing decisions. • Stay up-to-date with trends in B2C EdTech, digital learning, and user acquisition best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2C product growth, UA, or performance marketing, ideally in digital learning or EdTech products. • Proven track record in user acquisition for consumer-facing products, with understanding of funnels, onboarding, and engagement metrics. • Experience with web funnels (must have), quizzes (must have), interactive content. • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) and analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude). • Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable translating insights into actionable product and marketing decisions. • Excellent collaboration skills — able to work across product, marketing, and analytics teams. • Bonus: Experience with subscription-based or high-LTV B2C products.
