📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP iMRO solutions across the Induction, Disassembly, Inspection and Disposition, and Component Repair process areas. • Work extensively on Induction/Inspection Workbench, Work Order Execution, and related functionalities. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define system architecture aligned with A&D maintenance and repair operations. • Ensure seamless integration of iMRO with other SAP modules, including: PP, SD, PS, MM. • Support integration between SAP ERP and non-SAP systems, ensuring data consistency and optimized process flow. • Drive functional design sessions, create detailed specifications, and work closely with development teams on enhancements. • Provide guidance for testing, cutover, and go-live support activities. • Conduct workshops with business users and prepare functional documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 10 years in SAP iMRO. • Strong expertise in Induction, Inspection, and Component Repair functions. • Experience in Aerospace and Defense industry processes and compliance requirements. • In-depth knowledge of iMRO integration with PP, SD, PS, and MM. • Hands-on experience in interface design and integration between SAP ERP and non-SAP systems. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to run workshops and engage with business and technical teams.
