📋 Description
• Full involvement in daily agency operations and collaboration with Germany's leading influencers • Support in planning and executing influencer campaigns • Care and management of influencers • Negotiation of terms and contract drafting • Support creators in developing their channels • Analysis of campaigns by KPIs, ROI and conversions • Assisting clients in selecting the right influencers
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms • Ideally experience in sales, account management, business development or negotiations • Good sense for trends and developments in the marketing industry • Strong communication skills and good rapport with influencers and brands • Confident negotiator • Creative and performance-driven with a focus on measurable results and ROI
