📋 Description

• Apply for consideration across several Product domains, including banking, taxation, client data management, and wealth management • Lead high-visibility initiatives and take end-to-end product ownership within an assigned domain • Partner with software engineers, designers, and domain experts to scope, build, and ship features • Conduct user research and analyze metrics • Define backlogs and write clear user stories and specifications • Align operations, legal, risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders • Translate business requirements into user-friendly digital products • Track key performance metrics after launch • Iterate and optimize customer outcomes • Participate in interviews, a domain-specific online test assignment, and an onsite assessment day

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent field • Initial experience through relevant internships, working student positions, or entry-level roles in product management, consulting, operations, or a fast-growing startup • Ideally experience within fintech, banking, or complex environments • Hands-on experience with modern agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma • Familiarity with user story creation and rapid prototyping • Clear and concise communication in English, written and verbal • Ability to bridge technical, operational, and business discussions across engineers, stakeholders, and executives • Solution-oriented and proactive approach • Strong ownership and attention to detail • High resilience and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • High adaptability and continuous willingness to learn • Genuine passion for digital products, technology, and investing/finance • Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus/advantage
