📋 Description

• Prepare billing and issue it to clients once reviewed and approved • Monitor and follow up on collections • Prepare and file periodic, quarterly, and annual BIR returns, including withholding taxes, VAT returns, income tax returns, SWAT, MAP, QAP, SAWT, and others as necessary • Liaise in the renewal of local permits, including Sanitary Permits and Mayor’s Permits • Process approved payment requests and issue 2307 forms • Participate in the month-end closing of the company’s books • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other necessary schedules • Handle other matters required by the position • Oversee billing and collection processes, disbursements, and compliance with government regulations

🎯 Requirements

• CPA • At least six years of experience working as an Accountant • Experience with the QuickBooks accounting system • Knowledge of payroll systems • Knowledge of LGU, BIR, and SEC compliance requirements • Self-motivated, self-sufficient, and accountable • Good judgment and decision-making skills • Enthusiasm for achieving results and ensuring objectives are met • Strategic and target-driven • Resides within the Metro Manila area, preferably within Makati, Pasig, or BGC, due to government (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, BIR, and LGU) jurisdiction locations • Willingness to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement
