• Ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity for clients • Support and troubleshoot complex network environments • Manage on-premise network stacks and configure firewalls • Support VPNs and multi-site connectivity • Communicate effectively with clients and peers • Participate in on-call support rotation
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in networking • Working knowledge and support experience with Juniper and Palo Alto technologies • Excellent LAN/WAN fault diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Thorough understanding of networking concepts • Experience with network monitoring platforms • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working with ITSM tools
