📋 Description
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered automations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency • Develop workflows and AI agents that retrieve, process, and act on information across multiple business systems • Automate recurring reporting, data consolidation, and other time-intensive operational processes • Monitor and continuously improve automation reliability, scalability, and effectiveness • Identify practical opportunities to incorporate AI into established workflows • Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, databases, and workflow automation platforms • Build integrations across transportation and logistics systems, accounting platforms, operational tools, and other business applications • Troubleshoot integrations and data flows • Develop custom integrations and AI functionality using Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies • Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI and Claude into business workflows and applications • Collaborate with the internal IT team to improve applications and processes • Partner with business leaders and department stakeholders to understand operational processes • Identify inefficient workflows and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions • Evaluate AI and automation initiatives based on business impact, efficiency gains, and technical feasibility • Educate and train employees on AI tools and support adoption and change management • Document automations, integrations, workflows, and best practices • Follow security, access-control, data-handling, VPN, and IT infrastructure requirements • Deliver initial automations within the first 90 days and continuously identify high-impact opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, systems integration, automation engineering, or a related technical field • Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered automations and integrations in real business environments • Experience in transportation, logistics, or related operational businesses strongly preferred • Experience across multiple departments, systems, or business units is a plus • Hands-on proficiency with Python and/or JavaScript • Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, databases, and system integrations • Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms • Ability to determine when low-code automation versus custom development is appropriate • Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, or comparable technologies • Understanding of AI agents, workflow automation, and data-processing concepts • Experience with SQL and structured business data • Ability to work with CRM, accounting, logistics, operational, and other business platforms • Understanding of security, access-control, and data-handling practices • Ability to document technical workflows and explain solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST aligned with U.S. client time zones • English resume in PDF format required • Must record and submit a video using the same email as the application
