📋 Description
• Analyze existing business workflows to identify automation opportunities • Design and implement AI-powered workflows that eliminate repetitive manual tasks • Build scalable automations that improve operational efficiency across departments • Continuously optimize and refine existing workflows as business needs evolve • Shadow leadership to understand business operations and identify inefficiencies • Document current processes and recommend automation strategies • Develop integrations between business platforms and software applications • Build workflows that synchronize data across multiple systems • Evaluate and implement AI tools appropriate for business use cases
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience building workflow automations or AI implementations • Experience implementing business process automation • Experience creating end-to-end automation workflows • Strong understanding of AI workflow design and automation • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Basic scripting or low-code development experience • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Grok, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, OpenAI APIs, HighLevel, AccuLynx, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
