📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven systems and automations across the organization. • Build agentic AI solutions for finance, operations, scheduling, and data management. • Identify business bottlenecks, process gaps, and operational inefficiencies. • Develop AI-based solutions to improve business performance. • Collaborate with department leaders to streamline workflows and automate business processes. • Audit existing workflows to identify automation opportunities. • Implement AI solutions to improve reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency. • Continuously monitor AI workflows and optimize system performance. • Measure the impact of AI implementations and recommend ongoing improvements. • Develop training materials and AI education resources. • Deliver training sessions on AI tools, workflows, and best practices. • Support cross-functional adoption of AI initiatives. • Provide ongoing guidance and support to internal teams. • Integrate AI platforms with existing business systems and software.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing AI solutions or workflow automations in business environments • Hands-on experience with Claude • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT • Experience with agentic AI platforms or similar AI tools • Strong understanding of workflow automation • Strong understanding of finance, operations, scheduling, and CRM systems • Strong business process analysis skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions
