📋 Description

• Analyze existing business workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities • Partner with internal teams to understand operational challenges and recommend practical AI solutions • Review customer service, production, procurement, and inventory workflows to identify high-impact automation opportunities • Translate business problems into technical requirements and implementation plans • Prioritize automation initiatives based on business impact, efficiency gains, and scalability • Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows for repetitive business processes • Create automation solutions using AI tools, APIs, integrations, and workflow platforms • Continuously improve automation systems based on business feedback and performance • Evaluate and streamline customer service operations, including manual order processing and repetitive customer communication • Explore customer portals, AI assistants, automated workflows, and self-service systems • Work with existing business systems and technology platforms to create connected workflows • Support integrations between software platforms and collaborate with developers when deeper engineering support is required • Understand system architecture and recommend improvements • Own automation initiatives from discovery through implementation • Create project plans, define requirements, test solutions, measure results, and document workflows • Independently manage projects and communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to leadership • Stay current with emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and industry best practices • Identify new AI opportunities and help establish a long-term AI automation roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation, software development, business systems, AI implementation, solutions architecture, or a related technical role • Experience independently managing technical projects from start to finish • Experience analyzing business processes and translating them into technical solutions • Experience implementing automation solutions in operational environments • Experience with manufacturing, production, inventory, or order management systems is highly preferred • Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow systems • Experience building integrations between software platforms • Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system architecture • Ability to perform light-to-moderate coding or scripting using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, and automation platforms • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems is preferred • Experience integrating CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento is preferred • Ability to independently own projects and connect technical solutions to measurable business outcomes • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify automation opportunities • Ability to collaborate with leadership, operations teams, and developers • Candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format
