📋 Description

• Support catering and event sales through outbound prospecting, inbound customer support, event coordination, and order management • Reach out to potential catering and event prospects through email and phone • Make outbound calls to generate catering and event opportunities • Respond to inbound catering and event inquiries • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate catering options • Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward • Maintain organized records of prospects, conversations, and follow-ups • Identify opportunities to increase catering and event sales • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently • Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system • Answer questions about products, menus, availability, and ordering • Assist customers with catering and event-related questions • Ensure customer information and order details are captured accurately • Escalate issues when additional support is required • Provide friendly and professional communication across phone and email • Build positive relationships with customers and prospects • Follow up when additional information is needed • Ensure customers receive clear and accurate information throughout the ordering process • Contribute to increased catering, event, and overall customer revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account coordination, or a similar role • Experience in DTC food & beverage, catering, events, restaurants, or hospitality strongly preferred • Experience with catering or event sales is a strong plus • Experience using a POS system preferred • Ability to confidently manage inbound and outbound customer calls • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills • Ability to communicate effectively with prospective customers and understand their needs • Ability to recommend appropriate catering solutions based on customer requirements • Ability to learn and use POS systems and other business tools • Strong organizational and data-entry skills • Ability to maintain accurate customer, prospect, and order information • Strong attention to detail when handling customer orders and event information • Ability to stay organized and maintain consistent follow-up in a fast-paced food & beverage environment • Must be available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • English proficiency required; resume must be submitted in English and PDF format • Must submit a video showcasing skill sets using the same email as the application • Must provide a phone number with country code
