📋 Description
• Perform take-offs, prepare estimates for commercial MEP systems, and support competitive bids for large-scale construction projects. • Collaborate with project managers to prepare competitive project bids and ensure timely submission of estimates. • Maintain organized digital records of estimates, drawings, and project documentation. • Provide input regarding project feasibility, materials, and scheduling considerations.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as an MEP Estimator within commercial construction environments. • Experience estimating plumbing and electrical systems for commercial projects. • Experience working with estimating and take-off software platforms. • Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. • Proficiency with Plan Hub, Build Connect, Blue Beam, Stack, or similar estimating tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
