• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tumblr for both the organization and its leadership channels. • Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth, adjusting strategy based on performance data. • Manage and track all graphics and video projects, coordinating with internal creative and production teams. • Perform regular website updates via Boxcast, ensuring full optimization including keywords, page titles, and metadata. • Track and report on key digital performance metrics, including engagement rates, audience growth, and content reach. • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels in alignment with established brand guidelines.
• Proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Hands-on experience with content planning, publishing workflows, and content calendar management. • Background in basic website/CMS management and SEO fundamentals. • Experience coordinating graphic design and video production projects with creative teams. • Demonstrated ability to grow online audiences and drive engagement through organic content strategies. • Prior use of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and video editing or coordination platforms.
