📋 Description

• Own and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to improve performance and scale ad spend. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies. • Build dashboards that provide visibility into marketing performance and business KPIs. • Develop high-performing creatives using existing marketing assets. • Execute structured A/B tests to improve campaign efficiency and return on ad spend. • Build and optimize Shopify landing pages. • Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, messaging, and user experiences. • Identify and eliminate funnel drop-off points from acquisition through checkout. • Improve Average Order Value (AOV), Conversion Rate (CVR), and email capture performance. • Optimize overall ecommerce user experience to maximize revenue. • Evaluate current paid media agency performance. • Recommend improvements or replacement of agency partners when appropriate. • Source and manage external freelancers or vendors. • Ensure agencies remain aligned with campaign objectives and KPIs. • Develop scalable processes for vendor management and performance evaluation. • Develop reporting dashboards that track key ecommerce metrics. • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities. • Analyze performance trends and provide strategic recommendations. • Report on KPIs including ROAS, CVR, AOV, and revenue growth. • Support data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives. • Maintain existing Klaviyo automation flows. • Perform quality assurance on welcome series, abandoned cart, and post-purchase flows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience. • Experience directly managing paid media campaigns. • Experience optimizing ecommerce conversion rates (CRO). • Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns. • Experience working with CPG brands. • Experience optimizing Shopify storefronts and landing pages. • Experience conducting A/B testing. • Experience managing marketing agencies or external vendors. • Experience building marketing dashboards and reporting systems. • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments. • Experience supporting beauty, skincare, wellness, or female-focused brands is preferred.
