• Own the day-to-day management and optimization of the Shopify website. • Ensure product pages, collections, navigation, landing pages, and promotions are accurate, optimized, and aligned with business goals. • Lead ongoing CRO initiatives across the website, including product detail pages, landing pages, checkout flow, offers, upsells, subscriptions, and overall user experience. • Build, optimize, and manage landing pages for paid media campaigns across various channels. • Audit the current ecommerce and website tech stack to identify useful, outdated, redundant, or missing tools. • Track and report on ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, revenue, and average order value.
• 3–6+ years of ecommerce management experience • Strong Shopify experience is required. • Experience owning or heavily supporting conversion rate optimization initiatives. • Experience working closely with growth marketing teams and paid media landing pages. • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, CRO, UX, merchandising, and funnel optimization. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
