• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, community events, live productions, and special experiences • Build and manage detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules • Finalize all event preparation elements ahead of each experience to ensure smooth delivery • Serve as the primary point of accountability for on-the-ground event execution • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on event needs, timelines, and responsibilities • Maintain thorough event documentation including checklists, status reports, and post-event summaries
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an events management, event production, or closely related role • Proven track record managing vendor relationships and venue coordination across multiple concurrent events • Experience overseeing event budgets and managing logistics from pre-event through post-event • Background using project management tools and Google Workspace in a professional setting • Experience with event planning software is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships.
