📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve backend services using PHP and Laravel • Design and optimize MySQL/MariaDB databases and write efficient SQL queries • Develop backend features using MVC best practices, RESTful patterns, and scalable architecture principles • Work in Linux environments, including server commands, shell scripts, cron jobs, and deployment tasks • Build responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, Svelte, React, jQuery, HTML, and CSS • Convert Figma designs into clean, functional user interfaces • Enhance interactivity and maintain legacy frontend components • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented full-stack code • Participate in code reviews using Git and GitHub • Support version-control and collaborative development workflows • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize frontend and backend performance issues • Monitor and improve application performance for smooth user experiences • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and engineering stakeholders • Independently manage features and projects from development through deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development or web development • Strong proficiency with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and Linux servers • Experience building and maintaining backend services using Laravel • Experience designing and optimizing MySQL/MariaDB databases and SQL queries • Experience with REST APIs and MVC architecture • Experience using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development • Experience building responsive user interfaces from Figma design files • Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance • Experience working in Linux environments, including server administration and deployment-related tasks • Experience with Svelte and jQuery preferred • Experience with AWS, including EC2, RDS, and S3, is a plus • Experience with CI/CD pipelines or automated testing is a plus • Strong understanding of scalable architecture principles and backend development best practices • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Strong performance optimization and troubleshooting capabilities • Ability to manage projects and features independently from development through deployment • Strong awareness of UI/UX principles and user experience considerations • Availability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST / U.S. business hours • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format • Must complete the application form and record a video showcasing skill sets
